When will my order ship?

After your order is placed, it takes up to 72 business hours for us to process and ship your order. In 95% of cases that means your order will ship within 3 days (with the rare exception being holidays, and excluding products on back-order).

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at satisfaction@rohestraps.com. We are only able to make changes to your order until 11:59 PM EST the day you placed your order. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Do you sell the Apple Watch too or just the band?

We do not sell Apple Watches. As stated in our name, Rohe Straps, we only sell Apple Watch straps (Apple Watch sold separately).

Is there a warranty?

Rohe Straps has a limited 2-year warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date from our website. Basically, if the watch bands or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch band through on your own. The warranty does not cover normal wear, and tear, scratches, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt.

How do I adjust my Rohe Strap?

To adjust your Rohe Strap you'll use the metal adjustment tool provided with your order free of charge. For specific instructions on how to adjust your strap, check out our adjustment instruction video.

What are Rohe Straps made out of?

Depending on the strap, they are made from stainless steel and other robust metals. This ensures maximum durability and prevents scratching and wear and tear. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our average shipping time will take 4-7 days.

I have big/small wrists, will Rohe Straps still fit me?

With the included adjustment tool, Rohe Straps will fit 98% of wrists. For those with very small wrists, we have yet to have a case where one of our straps couldn't be adjusted to fit. For those with very large wrists, we are happy to provide additional links at no extra charge. Simply email us at satisfaction@rohestraps.com after placing your order and we will make sure you're taken care of!

Is my personal information safe with Rohe Straps?

100% yes. We process personal and payment information through 256-bit secure data encryption, so you can trust that your credit card and any other private information will remain safe and never be shared with anyone, ever.

What do I do if I've ordered the wrong size?

Rohe Straps come in two sizes — 38/40mm & 42/44mm. If you ordered the wrong size, just shoot us an email at satisfaction@rohestraps.com and we will get you taken care of ASAP!
